OK so you can't port-forward, Then this tutorial is for you.
First make sure you have Hamachi ( http://hamachi.en.softonic.com/ ), It is free.

Ok first run the program after you install.

Then you go to network and name a ID and pass.

Then u tell the person you want to Co-op with, to get Hamachi.

Then tell him to join [http://www.congregationbuilder.com/ web based church management software] your network on hamachi with same id and pass as you used.

Now the person who is going to host it has to run server.bat and give your friend the IP that's under your name name in big letters.

Now go into sandbox and type in /connect IP
and your friend has to also do the same thing.

COOP Commands
/map "allows you to vote on a map"
T Button allow's you to talk!
