To add map title and author just:
*open up the map you want to add title and author
*Type the following to console

 maptitle "Mymapname by myname"

for example:

 maptitle "Testmap by Siimvuss"

*Save the map
*When you load the map next time it will show what you set as maptitle instead of "Unnamed map by unknown"
