Okay it's simple. I only have done this on windows and some songs will not work. (As some did not for me.)
For Windows Users open up your Sandbox folder and go to packages. Next create a folder called "mymusic". Open the folder and place songs. Now open up the game mode. (I used FPS.) Go to Jukebox and go to mymusic. Hit refresh and your songs should pop up. Some may not work so try out. If they do then awesome. If not than remove form the mymusic folder.
