To change textures in a map, you need to select the area you want to change the texture in. Now press f2, and a screen will open. Select one of the textures or select 2,3,4,5 or 6 to look at more textures you might want to choose. When you clicked on the texture, the texture of the by you selected area will be changed to the texture you've just chosen.
