How to change color of text in maps welcome message

To start, follow the tutorial on adding a maptitle and author, found here [1]
All you need to do is put ^f# or ^f(insert letter here) before a letter to change the color. An example of this is the map bastion. Here's the code for that (as retrieved from packages/base/fps/bastion-art.cfg)
